Westlake Village, CA and throughout California via telehealth.

Come in, let it all out.

I got you from here.

Individual and group therapy for teens, parents, and adults.

You're exhausted from holding it all together.

Managing the meltdowns, the worry, the weight of feeling like nothing you do is enough

You don't need someone who just nods and listens.

You need someone who sees what you're carrying, knows exactly why it feels this heavy, and has the tools to help you change it.

Hi, I am Efi.

I became a therapist because I wanted to understand people, starting with myself. Then early in my career, I met an 8-year-old boy with autism who changed everything. Helping him felt like doing something that actually mattered. That feeling never went away.

Sixteen years later, I'm still doing the work I love and helping teens, parents, and adults figure out the hard stuff and build the skills to handle it.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which means I bring two things most therapists can't offer at the same time: deep clinical training in how the mind works and practical, evidence-based strategies for actually changing behavior. I don't just help you understand why things feel hard. I help you do something about it.

How I can help

🐚

Individual Therapy

A space where kids and teens can express what they can’t always put into words.

Through art, play, conversation, or a walk outside, we explore what’s underneath the behavior, building emotional skills, confidence, and trust along the way.

🐚

Therapy Intensives

When relationships start to feel strained, therapy helps everyone find their footing again.

We’ll work on communication, boundaries, and repair—so home feels calmer, kinder, and more connected.

🐚

Parent Support

In high-conflict divorce, kids often carry the weight of decisions that aren’t theirs to make.

I work alongside Minor’s Counsel to provide therapeutic support, helping children feel safe, heard, and emotionally protected during the legal process.

𓇼

Group Therapy

There's something that happens in a room full of people who are all in it, right alongside you.

Support groups, skills-based groups, and process groups for teens, parents, and adults. You won't just talk about your patterns here. You'll practice changing them, in real time, with people who are doing the same work.

Book a free consultation.

We'll talk for about 15–20 minutes. You'll tell me what's going on, I'll tell you how I work, and we'll figure out if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

What to Expect

Getting started is simple.

We’ll make a plan.

Together, we'll set clear goals about what you want to change, what's getting in the way, and how we'll get there. You'll know what to expect.

You’ll Feel the Shift.

Therapy takes work. But you'll walk out of sessions with tools you can use that day, not just insights that fade by dinner.

Most therapists have one approach. I use whatever works for you.…

Phasma is a Greek word meaning “spectrum.” I chose it because therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. My dual background in clinical therapy and behavioral science means I can meet you wherever you are, and adapt as we go.

The goal isn’t to minimize your problems. The goal is to get better at how you deal with them.

You show up here. That's a big deal.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you call.

Tell me what’s going on, I’ll take it from there
