PARENTING THERAPY AND SUPPORT

Parenting comes with constant challenges that can feel overwhelming at times. Parents are often juggling emotional demands, practical responsibilities, and their own unmet needs, all while trying to show up consistently for their children. Uncertainty, self-doubt, and guilt can creep in, especially when there’s no clear roadmap for handling big feelings, behavioral struggles, or shifting family dynamics. Many parents feel pressure to “get it right,” even as they navigate exhaustion, conflicting advice, and the fear of causing harm despite their best intentions. It’s a role that asks a lot, often without enough support or reassurance along the way.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and also as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), i am able to design a plan highly individualized to your needs and your child’s needs. In our work together, you will learn crucial behavior management skills to improve daily life and also understand your child better.

Parenting is messy, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll work to ensure that both you and your child feel understood and supported—because neither of you is broken.

As a  BCBA, I help parents by teaching practical, evidence-based skills that help them better understand and respond to their child’s behavior. Through collaboration and coaching, a BCBA helps parents identify what drives certain behaviors, strengthen positive interactions, and implement strategies that promote emotional regulation, communication, and daily routines. Parents learn how to respond with consistency and confidence, reduce power struggles, and build skills that support their child’s growth over time. This approach empowers parents with tools they can use in everyday moments, fostering a calmer, more connected family environment.

Parenting is hard and can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Together, we’ll create space for understanding and support—because there’s nothing “wrong” with you or your child.
