I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  in California with over 16 years of experience providing therapy and support to children, teens, adults and families. I have worked in a variety of private clinic settings as well as private and public schools and have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy services, as well as parent and school personnel consultation and behavior management training.

My approach to therapy focuses on empathy and compassion, insight and empowerment to help my clients live more gratifying lives. I believe in the transformative effects of therapy. Through compassionate guidance and evidence based methodologies, I strive to help my clients navigate social and emotional challenges, unlock their full potential and create meaningful change in their lives.


I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California of Los Angeles (UCLA),  my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with a Marriage and Family emphasis from California State University of Los Angeles and my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida Tech University. I have received training at the UCLA PEERS Program and I am a Children and Adolescents Certified PEERS Provider. Additional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
