Developing essential social and emotional skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and recognizing and expressing emotions effectively.
Your teens will will have the opportunity to examine and improve their communication styles, explore patterns in friendships and relationships, and practice giving and receiving feedback with peers who share similar goals.
Women
Women often face unique challenges that can feel isolating, including balancing multiple roles, navigating societal expectations, coping with work-life pressures, managing relationships, and addressing self-esteem or identity struggles. Women’s group therapy provides a supportive space to share these experiences with others who truly understand, reducing feelings of isolation and fostering connection. In this environment, participants can gain validation, perspective, and practical strategies for managing stress, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.
